比基尼海灘度假村 (Bikini Beach Resort)

My husband and I decided to do a random overnight stay at the beach. Bikini Beach Resort had everything we needed, the front desk staff was amazing. There was one African-American woman that checked us in who had outstanding customer service. If we have another chance to come for a quick stay, we will be coming back. Thanks so much for the great service!

This is my favorite hotel especially during the summer time because when u get a beach view room, you get to see everything around you that beautiful

DO NOT RECOMMEND! This place is a $hit hole! DO NOT STAY HERE! The rooms do NOT look like what is advertised and when I asked for an updated room the guy looked at me like I was crazy and said they don't have any updated rooms. I went to the room I was given, and it was not only dirty and smelled, but had missing baseboard, looked like a sink had been ripped off the bathroom wall and not put back in, but a makeshift one in the entry way, WEIRD! The balcony was dirty. Also, got to love this, the microwave was missing!! I went to ask for a new room and told him my concerns. When I went to the second room, pretty much the same thing except when on the balcony all you saw was the roof of the tiki bar, could NOT see the ocean at all. We left and did not stay! I took the "no cancellation" hit and paid the full price, but I was NOT going to stay here. He tried to give me another room that was on the end where the parking lot was closed due to "remodel", lipstick on a pig, but I just knew they would be hammering all hours of the day and night. I was charged $15 dollars for parking but since they had to close off their parking lot by half we would have had to park across the street. He did refund that back to me since we ended up leaving. This place is old and desperately needs updated and cleaned. The location is ok, the food place next door was closed. I CANNOT believe 訂房網站 recommends this place.
